Both Loral and the company contracted with for launch of said satelite (sorry but the company name slipped my mind) have extended credit of one form or another to CDRD.......soooooooo, being that the license is the ONLY tangeble asset of the company it would not surprise me if they have used it as collateral. It would actually be what I expected.........just my opinion, I can't say for sure, but what a sweet deal for some one like Loral or the launch company, huh? They lend money to CDRD , then watch them fail. THEN Loral (or the launch company) sell the satelite/launch date to one of their many backorders (thus losing NOTHING), AND take posession of the FCC license (at no cost to them)......I bet they are HOPING that CDRD goes under......IMHO.........;^)
