I was short from 84 on this stock, and covered all positions in the mid 50's. I'm not short the company or it's future and may go long at the bottom, but the stock was run up too quickly to hold.

I believe the current float is about 4.6 million and outstanding shares about 22 million. That means 17 million shares will be added to the float tomorrow. This is not a dilution but simply makes more share available for trading. ie. recent earnings of $0.04/share were reported on all 22 million shares.

Much of these locked up shares are held by venture capitalists, who bought in a placement before the IPO. They are not "insiders" and do not have to file with the SEC to sell. Perhaps someone else can give more exact figures of how many shares would or would not require 144's. Unfortunately Venture capitalists are not known for their patience.

Ibexx? Do you have those figures?
