There should not have been an estate tax, it would normally just become property of the living spouse.

A question for mrs. Kerry-----would think that he had done trusts to protect himself and heirs.

When I think of Heinz and his crash------I think of Obenshain of Virginia who was also killed in an airplane accident----Obenshain was the Republican nominee and defeated Senator John Warner in convention.

Obenshain was killed in the crash and John Warner became the candidate and won.

Now, we have Senator Mark Warner who is a Democrat and who is not related to Senator John Warner as the successor to former Senator John Warner.

Mark Warner played on the similarities in the last name of Senator John Warner for name recognition. (Name recognition is important in politics.)

And, yes even 'negative' name recognition such as Hussein Obama--------newsreporters called him Osama-----we had Saddam Hussein---------all keeping his name in the media.
