Thanks, Frank. Time to let it rest. When we discuss the confluence of economics, population, energy and climate we're speaking of powerful streams that until recently, have mostly flowed parallel to each other. While we can't know micro outcomes, we do know the scale of turbulent interaction is unprecedented in our history, and that energy and climate will dominate economics and population. Jim
