I'm not sure this was a prudent thing to do during a recession, but I do like the new seal better than the old seal.

His color scheme reminds me of advice by realtors given to people wanting to sell their house. Paint it beige so the buyer can work in almost any furniture. While I don't particularly like Laura Bush's design, Obama's is positively BORING. MLK' bust is fine, but that one does NOT look like him at all.
