that company has become the laughing stock in DC. the balloon was at an angle to the crowd, the park service took over head shots for their grid counting. When you are at an angle some people are blocked by others. Very unprofessional company Also you said how can you count the all the trees in the forest from the ground. Well according to what you posted that's what they said they did for the people under the trees

Find solutions to stopping it. Call for people in the world to develop solutions to stop it completely and permanently. Find solutions FOR these countries so they stop sending their breeding populations to the US and the world to seek jobs and therefore breed more unwanted pollution babies.
