Jim: I was under the impression that for mamography Advanced magnetics has Gdolinium based contrasting agents that selectively attach to pathological tissues. Thus fat supression not that important. I am wrong?

Doc Fleckenstein Trying to get a parting shot to this soon to be a Caprius thread?? .. this week I will make it a point to revisit the fat suppression patent. Not that I have the time to analyze it.. but I will take a shot at it.
I know you have Dc Rhoden with you now but surely that is not her opinion??...
Arkansa machine is ready to go and waiting to ship out whenever Dc Harms is ... then we can ask him. Also maybe we can ask Dc Storming Norman Sadowsky how his system is doing?
Time will tell... Flat magnets like the Fonar machine can not suppress fat but Aurora is a CONE and I think does a fair job of it..
The system image is as good as a 1.5T across is 17 cm volumes and that is all mammography needs.
The patented magnet and fat supression algorithm is why the machine is able to do its job. Its what it was designed to do. And that is why it patented both techniques to keep the vultures at bay.
We will find out soon enough.
