That may well be true and that doesn't speak well for American industry. They would rather go into third world countries and 'enslave' the labor and dirty the environment. Frankly, I am not impressed.

Which of course goes contrary to the Democrats' party platform, which assumes that the economy needs more regulation.

It does. Why do you think you are having a real estate conundrum right now?
