Ted, > They would rather go into third world countries and 'enslave' the labor and dirty the environment. Frankly, I am not impressed.

It doesn't matter whether you are "impressed" by it or not.

The problem with those supporting our overly regulatory business environment is that they don't make up for its negative effects on the economy. They only think about how good those regulations are, then blame business for seeking growth and expansion elsewhere.

I'll tell you, Ten, you have big ones. Due to a serious lack of regulation, we had one of the most serious financial debacle since the Depression which, in turn, which was caused by a serious lack of regulation.

The fact the right is now trying to make believe that that debacle was a minor inconvenience and that regulation is bad for the economy is insulting to the intelligence of the rest of us.

Give it up, Ten. You don't have an argument.

Why do you think you are having a real estate conundrum right now?

Many reasons, most of them personal. Bottom line is that I saw what was coming, and I chose to remain where I was at the time. Regulation comes and goes, markets inflate and deflate, but ultimately I'm responsible for my own success and well-being.

Ignorance is not an excuse to be in denial. If you don't understand what happened and what the facts were, then do some reading. I've explained it to you but apparently, you seem to prefer an ongoing state of denial.
