Since the x2 modems aren't selling well, apparantly consumers are making the choice to stick with what comes in their box. Lee, I want it clear I am far from short ASND and for that matter COMS. I am long both. You have a valid point about the increases in the need for ports. The two local dial up ISPs need more ports. I do not know what the percentage is comparing x2 to 56K flex. I was wondering how you were certain the x2 modems were not selling well. The increase sales of sub $1K boxes will increase port demand even though these boxes do not standard with a modem. The buyers of these boxes will buy modems. That will be good for ASND but I still do not see that the x2 modems are not selling well so just wish to know the source of this information. Glenn
