Off Topic ... Re: She Who Must Be Obeyed ... I understand completely! My She Who Must Be Obeyed says that I am not going on my annual trip to San Diego in March without her this time. I informed her that one of the rituals of the San Diego trip was being at "The Field" at 6:00 AM on the Saturday following St Patricks for the 6 Nations Rugby matches. She says it might be fun! She's going. Heh, heh, heh! We'll see if she still feels that way at 5:00 AM that morning after hanging out with me the night before.

Re: HCP ... I think it was moved down the list because at the time, we didn't know how Obamacare was going to affect the health related companies. I think I read recently that REIT's like HCP would come out OK now. I'll have to look that up too as I had put those notes aside since it wasn't a priority at the time. If you moved it down the line for other reasons, I'd appreciate to hear your take on it. I made my beer run last night. ... :o)
