All true, Wendy, however, irrelevant in this case, in our opinion. What the shareholders are now confronted with is virtually immediately (2 Q's) after restructuring announcements (both physically and financially implemented and accounted for (GAAP)) the shareholders are presented with yet another/potential material hit, of which, and significantly from our point of view, buried in their SEC Form 20-F and not formally disclosed.

There may not be an issue, however, conservatism/corporate governance should dictate everything as a default as the prudent course. Shareholders (and analysts) hate surprises. Analysts drop you, shareholders sue for damages.
