The prices I've heard for here in the U.S. are between $199 and $299 from the carriers.

I am extremely skeptical that the subsidy model is going to work with tablets. I dont think that most people are going to want to add another data plan to their current wireless bill.

The key is for Android tablets to get to something like $350 without a subsidy.
