"He's doing exactly what he said he would do during his campaign." Ted, the Obamacare plan that was just unrolled in my state is a total disappointment to me. The high risk pools were just rolled out. The plan I can afford is a high deductible plan, with deductible on the prescriptions too. So, to get ON the plan, I have to pay the premiums AND pay out of pocket for prescriptions until I meet the deductible, which has high co-pays even after that. Is this because you're income is high?
