No. It's just a crap plan. Income has nothing to do with it - it's not even a factor. It's a HIGH RISK POOL, for people with chronic conditions that are either uninsurable or priced out of the market.

It didn't help. No one is signing up for it. Perhaps it will become more affordable when the bulk of the population is added to it in 2014 and the risk is more diffused, but I seriously doubt it.


If its not working, it will be fixed. This is this country's first stab at a complex issue. I never expect these things to be perfect the first go around and neither should you.

I'm sorry to read your post but...

Well let's all sit out 2010 and let the teabaggers and repugs fix things up...they can privatize all health care including medicare and give it to Wall Street to manage...

And when we have these Town Hall meetings, let's let the wacky ones take control and kill anything such as the public option and you can continue to have your HIGH RISK POOL with its great options of bankruptcy and/or emergency rooms.

Maybe Beck and his return to god and honor can fix it for us.
