The Coast Guard is saying there are no immediate signs of a spill from an oil platform fire in the Gulf of Mexico off the Louisiana coast.

All 13 crew members were rescued from the water in the second such disaster in the Gulf in less than five months.

The Coast Guard initially reported an oil sheen a mile long and 100 feet wide had begun to spread from the site of the fire, about 200 miles west of the site of BP's massive spill.

I expect a rally in the market after Labor Day.

Where I'm not sure what your definition of a rally is or what timeframe "after labor day" means, I will take the other side of that bet.

I'll frame it with a little more detail.

I expect a dramatic fall in the stock market starting on Sept 9th...+/- 1 day.

I expect a minimum 10% drop in the nasdaq and S&P by the end of September.

What are the parameters of this rally that you expect after labor day?

If you expect a rally, why are you all cash? You have zero percent in the market, even with YOUR positive outlook?
