I died 3 separate times. I think they were black; it was at night, so I couldn't be sure. The lights on the boom didn't help. Nam vets would freak and shoot at them. Brown was a classic in mismanagement. Fiscal improprieties done him in. He had the nerve to create a rainy day fund to get thru bad times. That gave the teabaggers of the day an excuse to pass Prop 13. It also gave them an excuse to diss us 30 years later for not having a rainy day fund.
