Maybe them Hawkeyes done figgered out that if you have to burn 50% more fuel to derive the same amount of energy, you aren't gaining a damn thing by burning your corn mash. In addition, the extra fuel burned to go the required distance probaby approaches a push on air pollutants too, so that doesn't represent a benefit either. Just another farm sponsored boondoggle to get into the consumers pocket because nobody really sits down and figures this crap out.
