Intel has erred before in its business forecasts, but it always did so on the conservative side, unlike Jerry O'Sanders of you know what.

As for me, I have been doing quite well as a long term investor of INTC and other high-quality stocks--thanks to Andy Grove and his teammates who effectively manage my hard-earned $$$.

Paul...on any street there are many restaurants..some go under..everyone eats so why do some go under???The others soak up that mkt share....INTEL has the resources to whether storms in different areas of the Globe...The net is growing everywhere and China is no exception...that will lead to computers and that will lead to Intel sales...simple as that...What China loses will be picked up by Countries that are growing at very fast paces for tech products..INDIA the second and soon to be the first Country has a very very vibrant "technology economy" Bangalore is like Silicon Valley...and by the way Indias currency has been in the doghouse for years upon years....hahahahaha
