Excellent question... the reason this rally is different than the last few is the timing... if this rally occurred a week ago or two weeks ago it would not have triggered a buy signal... for more than a month my model has been waiting for the deadline date of September 3rd for the selling to end... the market was one day early... the deadline was September 3rd, which meant no later than that date, so it was one day early and right on schedule, this is the heart of my model, when time and price meet you will find the change in market direction and those dates and prices are known very often more than a month ahead of time...
