Sorry this isn't AOL...... and I never write anything that would be profane or offensive on this forum - or any other. There ARE no TOSable offenses here on SI. Nice try... but weak. The only reason I edited my post was because I looked back and realized I was confusing you with the other 2 VVUS posters that have showed up here to harrass. I confess - I see any of the three of you posting and I just point and click by. BTW : did I mention that VVUS is looking like a good short? It has broken down through all of its important MAs. If you're distressed about losing, why don't you flip it and go short?

Brad, how could you let a rumor, that Cruttendon Roth or Genesis Merchant declined to raise money for Zonagen in the summer of 1996, so radically change your opinion of this company? The fact is, Zonagen raised the necessary capital and put it to extremely good use. Rather than questioning management, you should be extolling them. In the ego intensive world of investment banking, is it so hard to believe that Zonagen claims to have rejected Cruttendon/Genesis and the Cruttendon/Genesis people would claim they rejected Zonagen? Perhaps it was just a matter of each side not budging from certain conditions. Why is it necessary to demonize Zona management? In any case,this is most likely a false rumor. Why would Cruttendon Roth or Genesis Merchant be going around saying this? It would just make them look pretty stupid for missing a great investment opportunity. Relevant questions are welcome. So far, you have not provided any. Excited about the upcoming SATURDAY <gg> announcement?>> In the series of posts: 720, 722, 724 abd 725, you begin by unsuccessfully trying to project an image of dispassionate reasonableness, followed by increasingly strident posts, culminating in the above spitefulness followed by giddiness, as if any Zona bull here posted anything about a Saturday announcement. Go back and check. That "information" was posted by Tokyo VD, and is probably as reliable as the rest of the drivel coming from the nervous and soon to be squeezed shorts.
