I don't think it is off topic because he based everything he did on the teachings/writings of Darwin and Malthus. You will note he left out the scientific method and wanted evolutionary science preached as a religion. Scientists that did not agree with Darwin were not included. "Perhaps also forums of leading scientists who understand and agree with the Malthus-Darwin science and the problem of human overpopulation." "Talk about Malthus and Darwin until it sinks into the stupid people's brains until they get it!!"
