I thought the conclusions were incorrect(taking a small sample and extrapolating it) but the call on incorrect MLS sales prices being posted is definitely something of note.

Our MLS had to start auditing the posted sales prices because agents were lying about it. The only reason MLS got after them is because they make most of their money selling public record info to appraisers and attys etc. on other islands. They couldn't keep that business if they were publishing incorrect(fraudulent sales data.

Have you changed your mind on foreclosuregate yet?

You seem to be coming down on the side of the bankers as well as severely underestimating the impact this ever growing scandal will have on the real estate business...
