Hi "Z" and anyone interested in PC makers, Survey says.....from Home PC magazine... CPQ finished last among a dozen companies in providing technical support. At the top of the list were Micron, Gateway, and Dell. The survey found that PC owners spent an average of 17 minutes on hold. It took an average of nine days to get a hardware problem fixed, with CPQ owners waiting the longest - almost 12 days. FWIW,
