As for your first line, rather than repeating it with "no", and "not" in front of every statement, I'll just say the entire thing is false, other than the "Coase, LOL?" and the beginning which is a statement that doesn't have a truth function.

As for the 2nd, naming other countries is hardly providing evidence or argument, let alone proof. If they have higher speeds, and they charge consumers less, that doesn't imply that they are better. If the government put a high speed fiber cable to my house and charged me nothing, I would have higher speeds for less, but this give away to me wouldn't be in the general interest. Also you have to consider caps on delivered bytes (see Message 26799200 ), and the fact that Japan and South Korea are more densely populated countries.
