How about the Mid Eastern countries, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc..

I would think surveys in those countries would be less reliable than in many other countries, because many of them are in turmoil, or have fairly authoritarian governments, but for many of those countries I'd trust their results over Cuba (and I'd trust Cuba's results over North Korea's, but not too many other countries.)

You trust a Fox News survey??

Absolutely trust? No way. Trust as much as CNN, Gallup, etc.? Sure. Trust more than Cuban government information or information that was indirectly controlled by the Cuban government? By a huge amount.
