In those days when WCII had the run up, many of us thought it would continue running and some of us never sold at the high. Although I had targets for other stocks and sold at the target, I didn't do that with WCII. I was put on to WCII buy a broker. Before buying, I went to the library and looked it up. Sure enough, it made one of the best hair brushes. It began with an R. However, in the small print, it said they were buying these licenses. Frequencies for what ? My vast experience in frequencies and hair was limited to trying to figure out how some woman heard the dog in some Sputnik barking through her hair curlers. Continuing my Peter Lynch stock investigation, I casually approached my local barber. Because we were discussing rain, corn and soy beans, it was easy to ask him what his favorite hair brush was !! After looking at me for signs of Jack Daniel, he acknowleged the R brush was a good brush. At that point, I decided not to bring up 38 Ghz nor the Sputnik dog.

Well, the broker, a real nice guy, sent me material put out by analysts familiar with the licenses. One guy said that at a minimum, the licenses were worth, at that time, $42 per share.

The transition from brushes, toiletries etc is strange. However, if you look at the original deals that started it, you have to give Bill R an A for vision or back him in a poker game.

IMO, I don't think Saddam or anything else will hurt us tomorrow. I feel conservative at the moment so I'm out on the limb---up 1.875 for the day. Anybody else want to guess ??
