Right now the sentiment of America is very anti democrat. Pelosi promised the most honest House in memory she forgot the "dis". Pelosi delivered the most dishonest House in memory. Obama talked in platitudes about hope and change. Alert people recognised that he was talking about socialism, but the majority of voters were fooled by the dishonest liberal media into ignoring those implications. Now the reaction of the center is distaste and revulsion. Obviously there is little distinction between Republicans and democrats. Both parties have significant elements of big government statism and borrow and spend politicians. If you think that the mood of the country is pro divided government you are wrong. It is openly and hostilely anti Obama/Pelosi/Reid government.
