There may be a bit of a delay. It takes time for the traders on wall street to digest the employment numbers and the retail sales number of the back to school sales. The reaction might not come right away unless these if compelling evidence in one direction or another and I don't sense that right now.

If you believe the world banks have done enough you would move into commodities. If you don't then you would take a more defensive stand. I hear more and more analysis on the business shows talking about the virtues of dividend. That is a bad sign for that sector as people will bid up the stocks in that sector and eliminate the advantage of dividend stock all together.
