Have no fear, GJ will leave - it's just a matter of when. Don't you think once the audit is complete the insurance company(s) will demand his departure?

Now, I suggest the board look at all options that were issued or repriced during the period covered by the class action lawsuit(s) and reprice those options based upon the stock price prior to those periods. There is absolutely no reason why management or the board should profit in any way from this "error" or negligence.

COME ON BOARD - demonstrate your good faith to the shareholders.

Question is what part of that $6 is not a lie and how much they will loss from the legal battle.
