I only saw 3 sales. The prez sold 800K for $0. What's that all about ? If they were rounding down to the nearest $, then maybe he sold at 3/16 or 1/4 to raise some cash. Hmmm didn't I see a settlement of $150K somewhere recently ? How many millions of shares do you think he owns ? If he sold in mid Sept, then he was a smart guy, because he can pick those same shares back up at 1/2 price. That's a hundred grand difference !

The others, not very many shares sold.

Maybe we'll know what to think this week. We still haven't heard Frank's take on the SEC filings.

Transaction date was 9/11. Don't know what Rubin sold at since your link shows $0. If he sold at market value then, 1/4 - 9/32, it was a smart move, as would be expected from one who knows the scoop. Unfortunately, because of the lag in the reporting, we won't know if he buys back at these levels till somewhat after the fact. Of course, that event would be extremely bullish.
