Modern war takes all forms--------wouldn't be surprised-----mentioned in the article that the bank will keep $2 billion which is 1/2 of assets.

Considering Obama's trillions this almost looks like petty change-------except it isn't petty change when an American who has lost a job looks at those amounts.

Will be interesting to see what Obama will do-------perhaps an "executive order" by the titular President?
