Joey,

Re. Very attractive price/perf. with the so-called sub-$1000 market. Call me an optimist, but PII will be a big seller the next 2 months.

Agreed 100%.

<<Also, I've noticed the PII price points have been pushed down to the $1500 level. Very attractive price/perf. with the so-called sub-$1000 market. Call me an optimist, but PII will be a big seller the next 2 months.<<

Agree. Smart buyers buy computer that can easily upgrade in a year or two, like Pentium II level.

For those bought/buy classis Pentiums there is no easy upgrade path to higher level.

I just bought a Pentium II 266 with 64 M RAM, CD-R..., there is no way I want use slower computer again.

Cheers,

Xy
