To say that the police have been militarized is an insult to the military. I know an old school cop who used to laugh at this new breed of cop, now he thinks they're dangerous.

We did not see what happened BEFORE the video, but I saw no behavior in the video that justified anything but taking the guy's license information and asking a few questions. Maybe have him walk the line. Too many cops. Abuse of taser rules of engagement. Unjustified, in my opinion. And it sure as heck wasn't racially motivated now, was it?
