Mq is so smart I can hardly understand him most of the time, but that one had me baffled completely.

Suppose there were a free market in citizenships, and we could profit from selling them?

It's bad enough what he's doing already, but what's to keep George Soros from financing every yahoo he can find and paying for their citizenship in return for their support for his evil intent?

I don't buy it.

Citizenship should be earned, not bought and sold.

And certainly not given away just because birth occurs on American soil. That alone is causing a lot of illegal immigration.

You want citizenship? Bring a specialized skill. Bring an advanced academic degree. Bring a valuable invention. Serve in the military. Earn it.

Otherwise, bug off.

Sure, come and pick lettuce, but don't expect us to finance your kid's education. That's your lookout.
