Upon thinking about this new "infrastructure" program some more, I realize that it's not going to go to infrastructure per say. It's going to go to states in block grants starting with Obama's homies in Illinois so that the state can start paying rent on buildings for things like the local DMV's which they haven't paid rent on in the last four months and are facing eviction. This is not going to be used for infrastructure. This is a way to fund the bankrupt states, ILL, CA, NY etc., and things like the public employee pension plans that are draining the state budgets dry. This is the beginning of the state bailouts that we all knew were coming. Got gold?

>>I wonder if 8% of these funds will actually go to infrastructure like the last package and the rest to institutions like the now name-changed ACORN.<<

I think the institutions it will go to will have names like "CALPERS", BWTFDIK?
