who has been paying dearly and who has been made richer than ever?

why would you think that process would ever change?

i just can't wrap my head around the banksters bailing out those whom they've worked so hard to enslave with debt.

maybe they do it... but i just don't see that motivation right now (knowing i don't have inside information).
