we live in an era that tilts toward theft ... I never buy anything on sale in the grocery without watching them ring the sale item up -- it's 50/50 whether it will ring up as the sale price. Got my phone bill the other day and they had started charging us for some security software -- I asked the CS person if I ever ordered it -- she danced around it. I told her to credit my account for it as long as they'd been billing it since I never got it or used it. They want to bill me forever for the router they provided -- I asked if I could buy it -- they said no. I asked if I could send it back and get my own -- they said yes. I'll order one tomorrow.
