i completely agree. and if i leave 100 gold eagles in my driveway, they should be there when i get back from the movies, too.

actually, the principles in play in both scenarios aren't that different at all.

FWIW

Despite laying off good people, restructuring and going bare bones, private companies that do business with the govt are finding they can't do a proper job with the amount of money that is allocated for projects and they are starting to push back.
