The $s are going anywhere they can buy votes for Democrats. All the spending has definitely not provided jobs. Hard-earned taxpayer revenue pouring down the drain. O's so-called economic experts never had an opportunity to put any of their theories to the test before he appointed them to his cabinet. We're the guinea pigs for their first practical experiments. The painful squeals can currently be heard non-stop all over the country.
