I don't think there is any tax-selling related issue here. The stock is about where it was Jan., Feb. this year. The funds hardly made any money out of CYMI if they are still holding. For those who did make money, they already sold at 40s. I think the problem is that now CYMI's management (privately) admitted they made a horrible mistake by pulling out of that meeting, they are trying to correct it, but unfortunately they are over-doing it so the analysts become suspicious.
