But nothing changes when the R's take back Congress because nothing will get done. There will be a lot of pissing up and down Pennsylvania Avenue, with the net impact in new legislation almost zippo. Maybe the CEO's will wake up next year and figure that out. Healthcare is a done deal, financial reform is a done deal, we won't get a substantive energy bill regardless. That's the big three right there. We'll have some kind of wimpy compromise on personal tax rates too. BFD. They are just crybabies trying to talk their book and get back the freedom to blow bubbles and rip off customers again.
