When the conservative voters of the several states whose Senators I listed vote for fiscal conservatives and Tea Party style representation then we will have a chance to regain control of federal government over-reach.

One problem is that more Great Plains Senators are democrats than Republicans. I suspect that is starting to come home to roost.

Unfortunately, government is the art of compromise. It always will tend towards inevitable tyranny. That's why the Founders tried to create a limited government, with three balanced branches unable, theoretically, to concentrate power. By the end of this century, I think, we will know whether we have managed to keep our Republic.
