From the BSR Thread..... Once the BSR Group is successful in restructuring the company we would seek compensation from the parties involved through our company and have the monies placed BSR's treasury. Right now we are fighting to keep our company out of receivership. If given a choice most people would rather see BSR trade again under new management rather than receive a few pennies per share from the receiver. The BSR Group requires the assistance of our Calgary based shareholders to appeal the bankruptcy proceedings. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday @ 1:30 pm (MST) in the Court of Appeal. We must support the Ontario Shareholders who want to have a shareholders meeting.
