An example is how I treat my Library clerks. When I first went in they were very cold. I made an effort to know their names and be warm toward them. Now when I stop by they couldn't be nicer.An example is how I treat my Library clerks. When I first went in they were very cold. I made an effort to know their names and be warm toward them. Now when I stop by they couldn't be nicer. My wife is the same with health care people. She makes it a point to learn the names of the nurses and receptionists at the doctor's office. Greets them by name and is quite friendly with them. She manages to get in to see the doc when they are telling others no appointments are available.
