Maybe he should say he'll cancel the burning if leading Muslims proclaim he has a legal constitutional right to do it and they celebrate his rights. I suspect forcing Islamic leaders to acknowledge that our constitution trumps their religious customs would be fairly uncomfortable for them.

BTW, that's what I believe this is all about.

What pisses the Muslims off is that pastor carries a 45 around on his hip, under sharia law Christians and Jews aren't allowed to own guns
