First, congrats to you . . . this is at least one of your charity picks if not an actual holding, yes? The persistent bid above the offer does suggest a possibility of another bid. NVO and Merck Serono are the other major partners. Bayer? Certainly Recothrom by itself is not sufficient reason for Bayer. Of the above, I'd say Merck Serono would be the best fit. Frankly, I doubt we'll see a better offer, but I'll be watching, I have some interest in M&A plays. Cheers, Tuck
