You could argue that the masses need controlling.......just ask Wen Jiabao......but there's that stinking up the works fact that no one wants a lot of rules let alone a Master. Every time "they" go to far in American the "radicals" rebel..............kind of like (but not [yet] really) they are now.

The way citizenship works at present is on Hippie Commune principles. Those principles don't work well for small groups and don't work well for large ones either.
