Zero capital gains tax isn't part of a communist model.

Yes its something this group of communists or quasi-communists do. They also often wear pants and many of them drive cars. Arguing that we should have zero capital gains tax is no more communist than wearing pants or driving cars.

The communist model is societal (in practice government) ownership of the means of production. If Republicans start calling for that then they really will be asking for a communist model.
