Al Qaeda was a protected enemy in Afghanistan, and Iraq was a major enemy that Intel at the time believed was actively pursuing a Nuke. In hindsight, I wish we had destroyed Al Qaeda in Afghanistan/Pakistan and not invaded either there or Iraq.

Islam's history is that of attacking Western Civ whenever they can get away with it. It produces a miserable culture that is not capable of building a comparable civilization to the West.

The combination of Qutb in Egypt, which produced the Muslim Brotherhood, and Wahhabism in Saudi Arabia, back by oil money, has turned Islam back to Salifism, the primitive "sword" version.

As I have posted before, take a look at where you live. The violent portion of your country is centered around the Muslim population.

It seems America stopped the slaughter of Muslims in Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Kuwait and even Iraq prior to 9/11. 9/11 seems like a very strange way to repay somebody for protecting you. Nobody ever accused followers of the death cult of being rational though. I hope going forward after we pull out of Afghanistan, we never step forward to spare an ounce of muslim blood as we have done in the past. Let these sickos die...
